Hurricane Irma Information

Hurricane Irma is a major hurricane that is currently threatening the entire state of Florida. This page is intended to be an information resource for the Crossing Church family and the communities surrounding us. Below you will find informaton from various official sources including Local government outlets and national weather services.

Please be prepared for any potential damage and resulting power outages and localized flooding which may occur as a result of this storm. We at the Crossing will continue to pray for you and your families as Hurricane Irma takes its course.

Lake County: Currently Lake County has been elevated to a level 2 preparedness which means partial alert. It is suggested that you clear debris from your yard and prepare your home for local power outages. More importantly we are opening our doors to evacuees from the south. Crossing Guests and Members: Per the Lake County Superintendent of Schools all school properties are to be closed. Services for Sunday have been cancelled. Please continue to pray for those in Irma's path and reach out to us should you find yourself in need.

Giving: We continue to receive offerings for our ministry partner during storm relief is Converge Southeast.Converge Southeast is a movement of 83 congregations working together around the world to help people meet, know and follow Jesus by starting and strengthening churches together worldwide.
